Consumer Privacy Request

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to submit certain requests regarding the personal information Menvex (KayKay Tech LLC) holds about you. We honor these rights to the extent applicable law requires.

Requests You Can Make

• Access / Know — request the categories or specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
• Correct — request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
• Delete — request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
• Portability — request a copy of your personal information in a portable format.
• Opt out — opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising or profiling (see Do Not Sell or Share My Data).

How to Submit a Request

To submit a request, email menvex.support@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." Please include:

• The type of request you are making;
• The email address (and, if applicable, name) associated with your information so we can locate your records;
• Enough detail for us to understand and respond to your request.

Verification

To protect your privacy, we are required by law to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. We may ask you to confirm information we already have on file. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, in which case we may require proof of authorization and verification of your identity.

Our Response

We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. If we cannot fulfill your request (for example, because we cannot verify your identity or a legal exception applies), we will explain why.
