How to Start a Return

To begin a return or request a refund, email menvex.support@gmail.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Our team will respond with return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping address. Please do not send items back before contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Eligibility

We accept returns of unused, undamaged items in accordance with this Returns Policy. To be eligible, your request must be made within 60 days of delivery and, for opened items, must fall under our satisfaction guarantee described above. We may request a photo of the product or packaging to process certain requests.

• Returned products must be sent back in accordance with the instructions provided by our support team.
• Items marked as final sale or received as free gifts or promotional items are not eligible for refund.
• Refunds apply to the product price; original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable except where required by law.

Refunds

Once your return or refund request is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email menvex.support@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, or your order is significantly delayed, contact menvex.support@gmail.com and we will help resolve it.
